Ever since I was a young girl, I've danced.
My mom enrolled me in a prestigious ballet school when I was four years old, by my request.
Growing up in an unpredictable environment, dance emerged as my one constant variable.
Dance was more than just an artform… it became my therapy.
I was not born with natural flexibility, turnout, or technique.
Though I was born with an intrinsic awareness of my emotional landscape and a gift of storytelling through movement.
Over the years, people have asked me to share my relationship with dance as healing self-expression.
I am heeding the call, and I am elated to share my gifts, knowledge, tools, and love for dance with you.

Our focus in this 3-Week Dance Series is: letting go of what's ready to be released from your past so you can have the spaciousness AND internal safety to call in what you want this year. THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

To feel your emotions more fully and completely
To experience more joy and play in your day-to-day
To be more connected to yourself and others
To feel at home in your body and on this planet
And to love deeper and wider
Because when we trust ourselves and our ability to handle life, the possibilities around us open up. When we feel safe within our bodies, we can sustain the changes we have been desiring.
Together, in this special New Year’s live series of You Are A Dancer, we’re going to:
- Shake out what’s ready to be released from your past to create SPACE for what you’re desiring this year
- Expand your capacity to feel and experience more
- Bring you fully into the present so the new can come in
- Rewire your system to not only allow it, but to receive it and to HOLD it
- Recognize when you go into fight/flight/freeze/fawn/fit-in responses and learn how to complete those responses so they don’t stay lingering in your body
- Exercise and understand the nervous system in real time
- Create feedback loops of SAFETY that are sustainable
This space is also going to be a powerful support system for you with guidance & accountability - an anchor point (scheduled class) to return to each week for the 3 weeks, allowing you to create new habits and new rituals to support yourself .
Let this be an aligned commitment to yourself and who you’re becoming. This is devotion, to yourself, your vision and your dreams.
